Hello everyone, my name is Andy Ludwig. My friends call me Good Time Andy because I try to have a good time every waking moment of the day or night. My wife Stacey (aka married to Good Time Andy). She makes the charcuterie boards and she started the nickname ten years ago and it stuck. Our home is called Good Time Andy’s Pool and Patio Bar. We love to entertain and do as often as possible. My wife and friends call me a master griller. That is very kind! Everyone goes crazy over my chicken. How I prepare and cook the chicken makes it the most flavorful, succulent, tender grilled chicken you will ever eat. Kids and adults alike love it. A friend of a friend’s son came over one day to eat. After eating, he asked me for the recipe to give to his dad. He said, “Andy, I must have your recipe in detail on how you cooked this chicken because my dad’s grilled chicken is all dry and gross”. I laughed and happily gave him the recipe with full instructions on preparing and cooking it.
